It’s that time of year again!
The AUSA Omar Bradley Chapter is hosting its Annual Soldiers for Thanksgiving event. We are asking corporate member employees to open their homes to Fort Bliss Soldiers that will not be home for Thanksgiving Day. As we all know, Thanksgiving is a time to spend with family and friends. Unfortunately, many Soldiers don’t have that option. There are hundreds of service members that spend most of the holidays in the barracks alone for different reasons. Let’s bring a little warmth to a Soldier’s holiday by welcoming them to a home cooked meal and a making it memorable day for them.
We are requesting that families interested please request a minimum of two (2) Soldiers, in keeping with their “battle buddy” policy. Please note that logistical updates/information will be announced to all participating families as the date approaches.
If interested, please provide me the information below before November 16, 2015. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions/concerns.
